Save the Dates! The LA Art Show returns in the New Year!

Mark your calendar! We’re thrilled to announce the LA Art Show will return, January 19 to 23, 2022, to the South Hall of the LA Convention Center! Just six months after our wildly successful special summer show, the LA Art Show will once again launch the art season for the new year, offering the engaging, constantly evolving state of the art programming that has earned us the reputation for being one of the most diverse international art fairs in America.

Following her highly successful debut as LA Art Show producer and director, Kassandra Voyagis will again lead the planning of our engaging and ambitious program. Going forward, the show is committed to continue creating one of the most exciting and diverse contemporary art experiences possible.

As the world adapts to changing circumstances, we at the LA Art Show are excited to return to a sense of normalcy. Now that international travel bans are lifting, we look forward to welcoming back more participating galleries from Asia and Europe in 2022.

The first live art fair to dedicate a large showcase to the NFT craze, the LA Art Show has established a reputation for leading the pack. Visitors can expect an even more mesmerizing exhibition in 2022, as we explore emerging trends in digital art and other new media.

Among other anticipated highlights, DIVERSEartLA returns with a new ecological theme. Curated by Marisa Caichiolo, the upcoming edition will address the global climate crisis, exploring how Museums and Institutions represent the environment in their programs while depicting humanity’s place in the world. The exhibition is intended to stimulate an important dialogue about the role art plays in our planet’s past, present and future.
Also in 2022, St. Jude returns as our official charity partner. The LA Art Show will donate 15 percent of ticket proceeds to its life saving mission. Since 2015, the LA Art Show has been a strong and unwavering supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® as it leads the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Watch for our beautiful new theme color, orchid, on all LA Art Show materials for 2022. This striking magenta tone resonates positivity and warmth.

The next edition of the LA Art Show is just a little more than three months away! We’re excited to connect with the community in a safe way once again and hope to see you then!
