China Emerging Gymnastics shinning The Third Annual Wu Guonian Classic Gymnastics competition

The Third Annual Wu Guonian Classic Gymnastics competition held in Southern California, took place February 3rd through February 4th of 2018. Led by HeRan Sun and  Coach GuanYin Wang , Ran Cheng,  Chinese Men’s Gymnastics national team took part in this competition.  Five youth China Emerging Gymnasts shined the third Annual Wu Guonian Classic Gymnastics competition.  China’s national gymnastics men’s team won the team championship。

Chinese Men’s Gymnastics national team members are Weide Su, Zhiwei Meng, Zhixiong Dai, Chenyi Xie, Yijie Luo.

According to Coach Guanyin Wang, except Weide Su, all others are 1st time took part in international competition abroad, they did overcome many difficulties，matched out of their own level。 

Well noted Gymnastics family Guo’s held welcome party for  Chinese Men’s Gymnastics national team members and Korean Gymnastics national team. Coach of  Korean Gymnastics national team was student of Guo’s.

In 2016, Wu Guonian hosted his first annual Wu Guonian Classic Competition in the first weekend of February (6th-7th). This competition is hosted to inspire young gymnastics athletes from all over the world.

Wu Guonian is a former Chinese Men’s Gymnastics national team member. Wu Guonian’s most recognized achievements in the sport of gymnastics would have to be the invention of his two skills. There are two skills created by and named after Guonian Wu that are included in the Code of Points by the International Gymnastics Federation. One of them is a D value Floor Exercise skill and the other more recognized move is an E Value pommel horse skill.
