Assessor Selects Torrance as Next In-Person Resource Fair

Residents to Get Latest on Property Tax Savings, Proposition 19, and More
LOS ANGELES, CA – Los Angeles County Assessor Jeff Prang is hosting the next in-person Homeowners’ Resource Fair in Torrance. This event will provide residents with vital information on property tax savings, Proposition 19, and guidance on what to do following the death of a property owner, among other important topics.

This free event is open to the public and aims to connect homeowners and property owners with various County services and resources. Attendees will learn about property tax relief available after natural disasters through Misfortune and Calamity claims and receive guidance on navigating property ownership issues.
