Frank Scotto Secures Endorsement of Susan Rhilinger
TORRANCE – Susan Rhilinger, retired City Councilwoman from Torrance has announced her support of former Torrance Mayor and local businessman Frank Scotto in his race for State Assembly.
When asked about her endorsement, Rhilinger said, “Having worked in Torrance for many years, I can confidently state that Frank Scotto is a great leader. I know that as a member of the Legislature, he will work hard to defend small businesses, create employment, and make California a better place for all.”
Scotto spent decades working in Torrance as a small businessman and public official. He operated his own company, Frank Scotto Towing, for over forty years, winning several accolades for his service to the South Bay community.
Today, Scotto lives in Torrance with his wife, Cindy. He is still active in the community, volunteering with numerous local nonprofits including the Arts Council of Torrance; Torrance Sister City Association; the Torrance Rose Float Association; and the Chambers of Commerce of Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Lomita.
Frank Scotto is the former Mayor of Torrance. He is running for State Assembly in the 66th Assembly District, which encompasses much of the South Bay of Los Angeles.
