Supervisor Alan Wong Introduces District 4 Staff Team to Strengthen Service for Sunset Community
LAPost / San Francisco, CA — December 12, 2025 – Supervisor Alan Wong today announced the full District 4 staff team, a group whose combined experience in public service, policy development, and multilingual community engagement is expected to bolster support for Sunset residents and advance key neighborhood priorities.
Andrew Sinn has been appointed Chief of Staff.
An attorney and consultant, Sinn has spent recent years advising organizations on compliance, operations, and public policy. He lives in the Inner Sunset with his family and brings extensive expertise in policy analysis, management, and organizational strategy to the District 4 office.
Tiff Lee joins the team as Legislative Aide.
A UC Berkeley–trained sociologist, Lee brings more than seven years of public-sector experience in San Francisco government. Immigrating from Hong Kong at age 15, she previously served in the Department of Elections as Voter Outreach Manager and Election Policy Strategist, where she led citywide language-access initiatives and community engagement efforts, and served as a departmental spokesperson. Trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, Lee will support the office’s emphasis on accessibility, transparency, and responsive constituent services. She also has prior experience as a legislative aide at the Board of Supervisors.
Jessica Cen also serves as Legislative Aide.
Cen immigrated from Guangzhou to San Francisco at age 17 and holds degrees in Social Welfare and Gender & Women’s Studies from UC Berkeley. She has worked across youth, senior, housing, and healthcare programs, including roles with the American Red Cross, Mercy Housing, and Self-Help for the Elderly. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean, Cen brings experience in community outreach, public relations, and fundraising. As a District 4 resident, she is committed to strengthening communication between City Hall and the Sunset community.
Supervisor Wong praised the team’s diverse strengths, noting that each staff member brings “valuable skills, lived experience, and a deep commitment to serving the Sunset.”
“Together,” Wong said, “they will help ensure our office remains accessible, responsive, and grounded in the needs of our community.”
