Barger Issues Statement on Tragic Colorado Crash Involving Santa Clarita Girls Hockey Team

Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger issued the following statement today in response to the fatal crash in Colorado involving members of the Santa Clarita Flyers girls hockey team:

“I am heartbroken by the tragic crash in Colorado involving members of the Santa Clarita Flyers girls hockey community. The loss of life and the serious injuries suffered by these young athletes and those traveling with them is devastating. My thoughts are with the families, teammates, and loved ones who are enduring unimaginable grief. I mourn alongside them during this incredibly difficult time.”
