Los Angeles County’s Metro Supervisors Union Joins Growing List of Working Families, Unions Supporting Horvath’s Bid for Supervisor

LOS ANGELES, CA – Today, the campaign for Lindsey Horvath for Los Angeles County Supervisor announced the endorsement of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 3634, which represents Metro Transit Authority (MTA) supervisors throughout Los Angeles County.

“Councilwoman Horvath has been a tireless advocate for Metro and for smart, forward-thinking transportation policy. She has worked to expand Metro in her own community, and we know that she will continue to be a champion of public transportation on the County Board of Supervisors,” said Al Cromer, AFSCME Local 3634 President (Metro Supervisors). “AFSCME 3634 is proud to stand with Lindsey and we proudly endorse her candidacy for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.”
