Governor Newsom signs legislation
SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:
- AB 453 by Assemblymember Sabrina Cervantes (D-Riverside) – District-based elections.
- AB 1849 by Assemblymember Tim Grayson (D-Concord) – Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act: services and repairs: travel trailers and motor homes.
- AB 1861 by Assemblymember Dawn Addis (D-Morro Bay) –Pest control: Pierce’s disease.
- AB 1966 by Assemblymember Laurie Davies (R-Laguna Niguel) – Human trafficking: notice: primary ticket sellers.
