Public Health Reports 89 New Deaths and 3,123 New Positive Cases of Confirmed COVID-19 in Los Angeles County
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (Public Health) today released the latest data on COVID-19. The lower number of deaths and cases may reflect reporting delays over the weekend.
- 3,123 new COVID-19 cases (1,146,450 cases to date)
- 89 new deaths due to COVID-19 (18,044 deaths to date)
- 4,421 people currently hospitalized with COVID-19
- 29% are in the ICU
- More than 5,602,000 individuals tested; 19% of people tested positive
