Public Health Reports 93 New Deaths and 1,465 New Positive Cases of Confirmed COVID-19 in Los Angeles County
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (Public Health) today released the latest data on COVID-19. The lower number of deaths and cases may reflect reporting delays over the weekend.
- 1,465 new COVID-19 cases (1,180,485 cases to date)
- 93 new deaths due to COVID-19 (19,885 deaths to date)
- 2,369 people currently hospitalized with COVID-19
- 30% are in the ICU
- Nearly 5,760,000 individuals tested; 19% of people tested positive
