Public Health Reports 10 New Deaths and 546 New Positive Cases of COVID-19 in Los Angeles County; Hospitalizations Drop Below 500

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (Public Health) today released the latest data on COVID-19. The case numbers and deaths reported today may reflect delays in weekend reporting.

  • 546 new COVID-19 cases (1,225,796 cases to date)
  • 10 new death due to COVID-19 (23,477 deaths to date)
  • 492 people currently hospitalized with COVID-19
  • More than 6,205,000 individuals tested; 18% of all people tested positive
