Fountain Valley, CA – This Saturday, June 5th,influential organization Asian Industry B2B (AIB2B), recaps 18 months of community impact from being the national organization to pressure the Biden administration to address Asian hate crimes, to local school board protests against Critical Race Theory (CRT) to the Recall Gascon Now effort. President Marc Ang has been in the forefront of Southern California conservative Asian activism and will emcee the event with board director Joy Chen.
The event will feature special guest Congressman Chris Smith (NJ-4) who will speak on the organization’s collaborations on key issues such as human rights in China, human trafficking and organ harvesting, as well as autism. Smith is known as the most prolific and productive bill author in Congress.
The keynote speaker will be Josie Harrison, mother of influential Filipino American comedian Jo Koy. Josie is a celebrity in her own right, with her own radio career in Las Vegas. She will be joined by Dr. Denise Tropea, a recent guest on her PHLV Radio show, an expert in health and wellness.
The event will feature a multiple course Vietnamese meal, with dishes such as filet mignon beef, crab and asparagus soup, Yangchow fried rice and many more, as guests enjoy the program with many elected officials in attendance, including Fountain Valley Mayor Michael Vo, City Councilman Ted Bui, Newport Beach City Councilman Kevin Muldoon and incoming Mayor of Walnut, Eric Ching.
