DACC to Provide Animal Control Services to the City of West Covina
Beginning July 1, 2021, the Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) will provide animal control services to the City of West Covina. DACC will provide housing and adoptions, field services, animal licensing, and animal facility inspection and licensing to the residents and businesses of West Covina.
Residents can seek animal control services at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center (BPACC) located at 4275 North Elton Street, Baldwin Park, CA 91706 by appointment only. To make an appointment, residents are encouraged to contact BPACC at (626) 962-3577 or email baldwinpark@animalcare.
