Fire in Tianjin, 11 casualties including six dead

Beijing (People’s Daily) – December 1, Hexi District, Tianjin, a fire broke out on the 38th floor of the City Tower around 4 am. The City Tower is located at the crossroads of Youyi Road and Pingjiang Street. The fire has been put out and the scene is being cleared. Up to now, 11 casualties were sent to the hospital, and six have died after the rescue. Rescue efforts are still underway and the investigation into the cause are still in progress.
