Feedback from current Next Generation Leaders
Roy Y. Chan is an Assistant Professor of Education at Lee University, and a member of the NextGen Class of 2017. “This is an absolute must-attend program for Asian American men and women in leadership. In a world that often leaves Chinese Americans feeling fragmented and unseen, the Committee of 100 NextGen Leadership Program will help equip and empower participants to raise their voice within communities and provide the skills and tools they need to deal with anti-Asian racialization, family relationships, self-identity, and advocacy. This program I believe can transform not just leaders but also organizations in American society.”

Committee of 100 pursues this dual mission relentlessly. The NextGen Leaders program is important not only in incubating the next generation of Chinese-American leaders, but also because NGLs advance the Committee of 100 mission through their own networks.”
