The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (Public Health) today released the latest data on COVID-19.

  • 2,264 New COVID-19 cases (3,668,756 cases to date)
    • Monday 1/23 – 442
    • Sunday 1/22 – 688
    • Saturday 1/21 – 1,134
  • 46 New deaths due to COVID-19 (35,147 deaths to date)
    • Monday 1/23 – 10
    • Sunday 1/22 – 16
    • Saturday 1/21 – 20
  • Hospitalization numbers are currently pending as we await more information from the California Department of Public Health
  • More than 12,871,000 individuals tested; 25% of people tested positive to date
