Valladares 2023 Fundraising Outpaces the Pack More than 70% of Opponent Kip Mueller Donors from Outside the Region

Acton, CA January 30, 2024 – Former Assemblywoman Suzette Valladares continues to lead the pack with district momentum and fundraising. In 2023, Valladares outpaced her leading Democratic opponent on fundraising for the year with $552,931 raised, largely from supporters within the region. Contrast that to Democrat Kipp Mueller’s fundraising, which shows that more than 70% of his fundraising is from other members of the Senate and Assembly Democratic Caucus, far-left organizations, and outside of the Senate District 23 region.

“I’m thrilled to lead in fundraising, largely supported by people from the Santa Clarita, Antelope, and Victor Valleys. Our region is ready to have me fight for change—lower taxes, tougher public safety laws—and battle with Gavin Newsom over his policies that have hurt California families, workers, and small businesses,” said former Assemblywoman Suzette Valladares.

“What we don’t need is a Newsom puppet like Mueller, who is supported by far-left special interests and out-of-town donors, who will just rubber-stamp more failure.”
