Celebrate Pride at the Park at More Than 60 LA County Parks this June
Pride at the Park will now be celebrated all June long, spotlighting local LGBTQIA+ artists, speakers, and performers in partnership with community organizations
LOS ANGELES (May 29, 2025) — Throughout June, the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation (LA County Parks) will celebrate Pride at the Park at more than 60 parks across the county. In partnership with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors and local LGBTQIA+ nonprofit organizations, Pride at the Park will feature programming to advance LGBTQIA+ representation and equality through education, performances, and advocacy.
Pride at the Park events will take place on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturday, with each featuring a two-hour program that includes entertainment, giveaways, resource fairs and much more. Start times will vary depending on the day and location.
“This is the third year we are hosting Pride at the Park, and we are excited to partner once again with our local LGBTQIA+ organizations to ensure our parks and programs remain welcoming spaces for everyone, all year long,” said Norma E. García-González, Director of LA County Parks. “We are not just celebrating the diversity and vibrancy of the LGBTQIA+ community, we are also working tirelessly to create a safe space by collaborating with various organizations and advocates, ensuring that our parks remain a place where every individual feels seen, respected, and valued.”
