Ukrainians urged to use guerrilla tactics

A Ukrainian presidential aide on Thursday encouraged civilians to use guerrilla tactics to stop the Russian troops.

“We urge people to begin providing total popular resistance to the enemy in the occupied territories,” Oleksiy Arestovich said in a video message.
